To ensure the best experience for all WOOFY dogs, we conduct a temperament assessment before boarding or group activities. This helps us group dogs safely and minimise stress or conflict — giving every dog a positive, fun stay.

Boarding FAQ
1. Who can book boarding at WOOFY?
Boarding is available to existing clients only. First-time boarders must attend at least one daycare session so the dog can become familiar with the environment and be assessed by our instructors to ensure the best care.
2. What is included in the boarding stay?
All boarding dogs participate in full-day daycare activities every day (valued at $75).
Dogs will also receive basic regular grooming, including:

Wiping of face and eyes

Cleaning of paws and bottom

Light brushing
(This does not include deep brushing or detangling.)
3. Will my dog have a place to rest?
Yes. Each dog has a separate resting and sleeping area (inside a pen or crate) to ensure safety and to prevent damage to property.
Private suites are available too!
Dogs will only be inside the smart cabins during 12-2pm lunch break & 9pm-6am overnight. Never crated for long hours!
4. Do you provide updates during the stay?
Yes! We share daily photos and videos across our major platforms so you can see how your dog is doing.
You will also receive access to a private Google Drive training folder, where you can view all the training videos of your dog.
In addition, we have a private Facebook group exclusively for Woofy parents, where we share activity photos and updates. 🐾
5. What should owners bring for boarding?
Owners are required to bring their dog’s food and treats to prevent digestive issues caused by sudden diet changes.
If your dog’s worming, flea, or tick tablets are due during the stay, please bring them along and inform us of the date they should be given.
If your dog requires any regular medications, please bring them as well and provide clear instructions for administration.
6. What are the check-in and pick-up times?

Earliest check-in: 6:30 AM

Pick-up time: By 12:00 PM on the last day
Late pick-up will incur a half-day daycare fee.

7. How is boarding charged?
Boarding is charged per night, with check-out by 12:00 PM the following day.
If check-out is after 12:00 PM, a half-day daycare fee will apply.
8. Is there a discount for multiple dogs?
Yes. We offer a $5 daily discount for the second dog from the same household.
9. Do you offer long-term boarding discounts?
Yes. Dogs staying 15 days or longer receive 10% off from the 15th day onward.
10. Are there grooming discounts during boarding?
Yes. All grooming services are 20% off during the boarding period. (deshed/demat excluded)
11. How do I confirm a booking?
Quotes are valid for 7 days. To confirm the booking, a 50% deposit must be paid within this period, otherwise the spot may be released to another client.
All boarding bookings are confirmed after a successful temperament test and receipt of the deposit.
12. Who will be caring for my dog?
Dogs are cared for 24/7 by our experienced team, including dog trainers, veterinary nurses, and professional groomers, most of them are trained in pet first aid, ensuring your dog’s safety and well-being throughout their stay.
